IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
At both of our Notting Hill or Shoreditch boutiques we are happy to provide an exchange or credit note for an item if returned to us in an un-worn condition alongside the original receipt. Please return this item to us in store and we are happy to help you further.
Unfortunately we do not offer full refunds for an item unless there is a visible fault. Should you have any queries about an item please contact us to discuss the issue further and we will try to resolve this for you.
MAIL ORDER RETURNS POLICY
As well as purchasing our products in our boutiques, we also offer a mail order service. If you would like to purchase a product via mail order please contact us via the store email and one of our team will be happy to help you with your order.
As we understand that buying without trying sometimes has it's complications, we are happy to provide a refund for items purchased via mail order. In order to do this we ask that the item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery, within it's original packaging and in an un-worn condition. Please also provide a copy of your Aimé receipt with this return to help us deal with your refund quickly.
If you wish to return an item, please inform us via email before posting the item, just to let us know the item in question and your return reason. Where possible, please also provide the mail order form that was sent to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost for return postage must be paid by the customer unless the item in question is faulty or damaged.
We currently offer flat rate shipping to UK customers via Royal Mail shipping.
Your order will be with you within 3-5 business days at a standard rate of £10.
Please note that we do not currently ship on weekends or public holidays and we do not currently offer a mail order service outside of the United Kingdom.
